You can place an order through our website. After receiving Your order, we will send you an email confirming your order which would indicate the acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to cancel your order anytime before dispatch due to non-availability of product or otherwise. In such unlikely scenario, we will refund your payment.

For credit/ debit card transactions, you must use your own card. We will not be responsible or liable for any bank transaction related fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the User and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.

Prices of our products have been computed carefully and are listed on our website. However, due to unintentional error, technical glitch or otherwise if the product purchased by You has been incorrectly charged, we will notify You via email or phone. You will then have the option to cancel your order or pay the difference, as you may desire. 

We aim to provide best and consistent quality of products. However, due to seasonal nature of tea there might be natural variations in taste quality of the same product. In such scenarios, we reserve the right to apply our no returns policy.

At Biokettles our mission is to provide the perfect natural blend of tea with the highest quality standards.  Hence it becomes difficult to accept back the product once it’s delivered and opened as the quality of tea gets compromised. 

However, if there has been a mistake or compromise in the product, you can write to us at support@biokettles.com and we shall unquestionably take care of it. 

At Biokettles, you enjoy the right to cancel your order anytime before it has left our warehouse. To cancel your order, email us with your order ID reference. If you receive shoddy or a damaged product you can raise a concern by emailing us within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to attach an image of the item so that we can evaluate it at our end and get this corrected. Products acknowledged as shoddy or damaged with be reversed and picked up by us. On receipt of the product by us, we shall verify its contents and condition, post which the process of refund/ replacement shall be initiated.
