Our teas are sourced from the premium gardens of Assam, Darjeeling and North Eastern India. For any specific product related query you may reach out to us at support@biokettles.com. We will not only resolve your query but give you every bit of detailed information around the product.
All varieties of tea at Biokettles are made of 100% natural ingredients. We do not use any artificial flavour, colour and preservatives.
Tea is a natural crop with various levels of caffeine. Therefore it becomes difficult to determine the exact amount of caffeine in each of the blends. To give you an indication we have prepared a chart that might be helpful. However, these are indicative for 8 ounce of tea and may not be accurate to the product.
- White tea – 10-25mg
- Green tea – 20-40mg
- Oolong tea – 30-55mg
- Black tea – 40-80mg
We do not sell decaffeinated tea. Decaffeination is a synthetic process that involves a lot of chemicals that can affect the flavour and quality of tea. We only provide 100% natural tea products.
Tea is a rich source of anti-oxidants and compounds like polyphenols, catechins and flavonoids are naturally present. This helps in keeping the body and mind healthy.
Tea which is consumed without milk and sugar has zero calories.
Domestic shipments are mostly completed within 2-4 working days.
Tea absorbs moisture, so it’s important to store loose tea or tea bags in a sealed container. It’s suggested to have a dark colour container to keep it away from light and moisture.

At Biokettles, you enjoy the right to cancel your order anytime before it has left our warehouse. To cancel your order, send an email to us with your order ID reference.
No. Purchases can be done using a guest account. All you would need is your email ID as we will share your order summary. But we highly recommend you to register with us so that you can conveniently track your order.
To recovery your password, go to lost your password page and enter your email ID. You will receive an auto-generated email with the instructions. Follow the steps and you should be able to reset the password. For any difficulty you can reach out to us at support@biokttles.com .
If consumed in an appropriate amount, tea will never cause damage. For pregnant women, caffeinated tea may not be suitable. Hence, it is recommended to consult doctor before consuming tea during pregnancy.

You can change it by going to your profile (after login) or can email us at support@biokettles.com. If you are planning to change your address through email, ensure you do it 48 hours before placing the order. It will not be possible for us to change address, once the product has been despatched.
While the overall process of making tea remains the same, there is a difference in temperature and steeping time. For your convenience we have mentioned the steeping tips for each our product under their description in our website.
